"Staff very good, room service well done, the room was great"

"Lovely place, a bit isolated but the staff and the property was really nice"

"We stayed at one of the cocoons, so beautiful! Magical place right on the lake. Excellent food, super nice people."

"The rooms were very old and smelled very musty. The sheets were not changed and had other peoples hair on them and they were dirty. The hotel with the pool by the beach was nice. The restaurant was just ok"

"Really nice bungalows, good breakfast & restaurant with a wide selection, very attentive and super-helpful staff. Lovely pool and a great dive center. The spa is very fresh with great staff. A bit away from both Tulamben or the restaurants in Amed but they quickly provided drivers if requested for some evenings where we wanted to eat there instead. Highly recommended!"

"Peace & quiet away from the hustle & bustle. Lovely views. Enjoyed the sauna & cold plunge, a lovely surprise. Staff were obliging & accommodating from organising transport, to ordering meals & cleaning. Total privacy, saw no other guests."

"Staffs are accommodating to guests."

"The advertised photos are misleading. We received a different room with an extremely tiny pool with insects and frogs. We also found small blood-sucking leeches in the pool, which made us feel extremely unsafe, especially with our children. The place is in an isolated area."

"Great hotel, right on the beach. So peaceful and good snorkeling right out front. Nice spot and great place to stay."

"Best location for diving or snorkeling and comfortable rooms with very friendly staff."

"The staff were amazing and really made you feel at home. The food was phenomenal - excellent chef! The property was peaceful, and relaxing. When I come again to Bali, this will be the place!"

"Hotel is in a very convenient location lovely staff Great breakfast included would recommend"

"We were completely shocked at the state of the room. We requested the best they had, yet there were dead bugs on the sheets, a blood stain on the bed! And toothbrush residue splattered all over the bathroom mirror. We took pictures and I let the staff (a woman who remained on her phone during the entire conversation) know. I showed her the issues and she simply nodded and nothing else. We quickly left and ran next door to the Rusa hotel and stayed there. I don't understand how Expedia partnered...

"Super clean, spacious and modern room. Beautiful, small resort in an ideal location for the beach/wreck and also cafes etc. Nice views of Mt Agung too from the property. Staff were lovely. Highly recommend!"

"Second time here. Wonderful retreat along the lake. Close to Handara Gates and Botanical Gardens. Dewi and all the staff are awesome. Cabins are wonderful."
