"I did not know dogs were allowed in the hotel. The room next to us had 2 dogs left unattended barking all night. The phone in the room did not work to call the front desk. At 12:45 am I walked down to the front desk and complained. They said they were trying t call/email the people in the room and could not get a hold of them. They said they could not move my room because there was none available and could not refund my room. We COULD not sleep the barking was non stop. The staff finally moved...
