"Woken up by leaf blower at 8am two days in a row. When complained to front desk the first day they said they would let manager know but it happened again the next day. I understand there it outside noise but do not expect to have a leaf blower going off at 8am right next the windows when you're staying at a hotel
Also housekeeping didn't change out dirty cups or take dirty plates. "

"The exterior of the hotel and location is great
However,
The rooms are not clean to standard
( The rooms have not been wiped. The clock and counters had dust. The counters had fingerprints. The sheets were stained. We were moved to another room, pulled back the covers and saw bugs)"

"There was gum stuck to the head board of the bed when we checked in. Took a shower the tub filled with water took hours to drain the shower head looked dirty. The the tub spout leaked when the shower was on. The pool looked dirty didn't go in. Breakfast was good though."

"Last minute stay. Charged rate higher than quoted on phone. Expedia advertised rate was more than walk in rate yet said $20 less for members. Used $29 Expedia credit and still paid same as walk in rate. Amenity fee confusing. Really just forced parking charge. Room was pretty clean. Some hair in bathroom. Pool and jacuzzi too crowded to enjoy. Even though off season. Comfortable bed. Fireplace was nice. Street noise audible 24/7. Great location to walk to beach and restaurants. "
