"Hello, our stay at Spark Hilton was subpar to any Hilton or budget hotel I've stayed in. When we first checked-in, the room we were given had a pungent smell of cigarettes. The staff obligingly gave us another room; however, this one had significant cleanliness issues - there was a soiled rag in the closet, hair in the bed, used soap in the bathroom, and stains on the bed and pillow sheets. "Staff is adequate, pleasant at check in. Room was clean. Minor repairs needed: grab bar cover is coming off and shower head cover as well. Major problem is zero concern for behavior of patrons: kids running and loud in hallways, constant door slamming...I try to choose more expensive places to avoid these issues. We have been staying here 2 times per year for the last 5 years. Might be time to find a new place."

"First I’d like to say there is effort at this property. Meaning it is being renovated. All new furniture, paint, carpet. Things I found that need to be addressed. First the tv in our room did not work. Called front desk and couldn’t figure it out. 2nd we asked about where the pool is, to find the pool green, dirty and not suitable for anyone to swim in it.
