Examples include soundproofing of lobby area to limit disturbances and a bagged breakfast to go for those of us on the 3:00am shuttle to the airport! "Good sized clean room with great air con. I arrived early and my room was ready so that was great. Good facilities for tea and coffee making and a great shower/tub. Although the hotel is a little dated in parts, everything is super clean and the staff are all lovely. I would definitely stay here again, given all the above as well as the easy walk to Sound Transit to get into Seattle"

"The price has gone up considerably and the value is not as good. The room was very dated and if you want a microwave and fridge there is a higher cost for the room. I do like the pool . "i tried to cancel a booking at least 5 days ahead of the booking and never received a confirmation from anyone. the room booked was handicapped rated and i’m not handicapped. i booked thru booking. com and the amount for the room $175.00 was deducted from my account. i also was given a contact number for the corporate office in finland to settle a dispute the charge. so now i have to go thru the dispute process no one ever called me back from the booking. james bartch"
