"Very clean and nice hotel in Hangzhou. Although it’s a little bit far away (30mins-1hours ride) from Westlake, the neighborhood is still nice and safe. I came for a business trip so it’s close to the place where I wanted to go. Definitely will revisit if I’m in Hangzhou again. "

"The location isn’t really convenient. Whenever we take a cab back, the driver would drive all the way down the road and make a U-turn back to drop us off. There’s not too many stores downstairs. Ordering take out is very convenient though. The delivery guys would put it in the robot and it would deliver it straight to our room! Staff in the lobby were really nice.
