"We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was extremely clean, very modern, and beautifully decorated. The rooms were huge and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The water pressure was great with plenty of hot water, which made relaxing after a long day even better. The hotel had everything to offer! Pool, fitness center, laundry room, restaurant/bar, etc.

"Not exactly the arrival experience we expected. We were charged an additional $19 amenity fee at check in that had already been paid through the app and had to go back and forth before it was finally refunded. The first room smelled so bad we couldn’t even stay in it. Staff did switch us quickly, which we appreciated, but the second room still didn’t feel very clean.
