"I stayed 6 nights. My room was larger than I expected and was nice. The towels were worn and some were dingy. The Front desk was friendly for the most part. My only complaint was I needed my sheets changed on day 4 due to accidentally spilling coffee on them. Housekeeping was every day and day 4 they were coming. I took the sheets off the bed,including pillow cases and put them on the floor so the maid would know I needed new sheets. When I returned to the room I discovered that the maid had put...

"The room we stayed is was clean. It looked as though it may have recently been renovated. But the overall hotel looks very dated. The pool was a bit green and cloudy so we certainly did not use it."

"Location for family reunion in Lake Mills was the only positive.
Property was not well maintained. Bathroom floor was filthy. Hallways heavily scented. Room furniture in need of repair. Front desk clerk did not wear shoes. Difficulty communicating during checkout.
Water had a terrible odor, specifically rusty, metallic smell. Purchased bottle water for washing face, brushing teeth, etc."
