"1- the AC didn’t work in our room for 2 days. They initially tried blaming the outside temp (85-94), but the room wasn’t comfortable enough to sleep in. They sent maintenance twice but couldn’t fix. Had to switch rooms mid-stay. The new room just two doors down was downright chilly, so it wasn’t the outside temp causing problems. The common areas weren’t cooled during 90 degree days.
2- hot/cold water in all faucets was reversed. That’s a huge problem when traveling with a special needs kid who...

"The lifeguards have really upped their game!! They are very watchful and they are constantly counting how many people are in a certain area. I really appreciate that as most water parks don’t do that. Everything was extremely clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly."

"The hotel was clean and right on the water. Breakfast lacked meat or eggs. Staff was helpful. We had 2 rooms that were booked at the same time with the same card, yet our rooms were not together."

"Great location and beach. The beach was not always cleaned up in the mornings- overflowing trash etc. the room was somewhat clean. Liked that they offer beach towels so you don’t have to pack that. There was one staff member that wouldn’t allow anyone to play games on the beach even where there was empty space. He wasn’t very professional or kind when delivering the message. He instructed guests to go to neighboring properties. Breakfast options are limited which is fine for a night or two."
