There is another guest bill and medicine left in my room (probably from the previous guest). They didn't change my towels during daily seervice. "This is managed by Maple Homes. The stay is still at Grand Ion Delemon hotel. Check in process however is not at Hotel Lobby. It is at the L3 carpark as Maple Homes do not have a physical reception desk. Hotel needs upkeep though. But overall, it is still a good stay."

"The place is walking distance to the Petronas Twin Towers, Suria Mall and Pavilion Mall. The view from the Condo is amazing. It’s very secured. The condo is modern, very spacious, and very clean. Kenny, the host met us at the front lobby during our arrival and gave us a short tour of the condo. He was very attentive host, and answerd questions quickly and recommended sites for us to go. I would strongly recommend this place. "
