"I enjoyed my 6 days there. I was a solo female tourist. The staff always went beyond to meet my needs. The electric sockets in Indonesia are unique in that they are round and sunken. So my square universal plug did not fit. Their engineering quickly found a spare conversion socket for me to use. They were happy to fill up my water bottle with ice whenever I asked. "Very close to the action, food, shopping with nice comfortable spacey room and very pleasant staff, the tv reception was shocking and they didn’t fix it, the swimming pool is very big and kept spotless. Security is very good and didn’t have to worry about a thing. The only downfall is the closeness of the local mosques with speakers aimed directly towards the hotel and very loud other wise a great place to stay"
