"All of the staff were friendly and helpful and even organised transport to a local spa for massages which were very good value. Our room was air conditioned, cleaned daily and toiletries, towels and drinking water were also replenished. Breakfast was good with plenty of variety. "If you like closeness to nature, this the place for you. Squirrels, birds and monkeys visited our balcony during our stay. The glass walled villa offers amazing view of the forest in all four directions but if you prefer privacy, draw the curtains, which we didn't have to use. Given the location, expect some ants, mostly in the bathtub but they don't bite or bother us. The adorable resident dogs do bark intermittently at night so bring ear plugs if necessary. "The location is absolutely perfect. We can find food anywhere nearby, the beach is pretty close, and it's not that difficult to find taxi nearby (if you don't use uber). The room is also spacious for the price. It's a good budget hotel. The swimming pool is too small to swim properly but it's okay just to dip in the pool and relax. The breakfast was so simple but it's acceptable for me. So far, I'm satisfied with the hotel."
