"Room was clean, I did the double, it was a small space but perfect for my stay. I liked the old school charm of the place but at the same time everything was well maintained and clean.
Air conditioner worked totally fine my room actually got pretty chilly but it was easy to adjust so not an issue.
Didn’t have a USB charging port in the room which I was a little surprised by but I was able to charge my phone by plugging it in to the tv so not an actual issue.

"First, let me say this trip was sort of planned… I decided to come to New York during Tartan Week (and it did not disappoint!). I went with Pod Times Square because it was close to a lot of the events I was planning to attend as well as traveling back home. While Times Square is not for me I was close to a lot of amazing locations I wanted to visit and since Pod Times Square was in walking distance in Hell’s Kitchen, this was a good spot to pick.

"We were pleasantly surprised at check in that we were upgraded to a bigger room. For a 24 hour visit we weren't worried about a bed for 3 people but it was a fun surprise to have a living space and 2 bedroom upgrade! The location is perfect if you are attending any theater shows -walking distance to the theaters!"

"I didn’t eat there. The A/C was good in the room. The room was clean. I had to pay for wi-fi and TV that I told them I would not be using. It was $183 for the 8 days. My internet at home is a 1/3 of that: plus I was not told about this charge until I was checking in. This was deception on their part. The ladder for the bunk bed’s rings were narrow and I twisted my ankle getting up. I should get refund for the unused amenities.
