"This is my second time staying here. The hotel is lovely the reception staff are fab. I belive was cLled Raj was very helpful. Unpon arrival at 11.30pm my bookkng had been misread and the room I booked for wasnt free. I had a night in a substute room. This was an arrigvating start to the holidsy but the team did do everything they could to elevate and rectify the issue. "Great location, short walk to waterfront and maybe 10 mins to all the restaurants but in a quiet neighbourhood. Great reception, room was spotless, comfie bed and pillows! The rate included breakfast which was really nice and fresh - staff at breakfast were lovely! Served on rooftop terrace which we really enjoyed. Staff super responsive to any queries. Highly recommend!!! "

"It is Not a hotel. It is a dormitory for workers who get up at 5.00 am waking the tourists up. There is no restaurant, no bar no cosy sitting area, not even a coffee bar. They send you off to an adjacent dingy pub. Most unpleasant experiance!"
