"This was our best hotel on our three week trip. The staff are very very helpful, kind and very tentative. It is located directly on the Nile river and there is a boat that takes you back and forth the sites. The rooms are wonderful and unique and we would have enjoyed staying longer. "

"Great Stay in Luxor, honestly for being in Egypt, its pretty decent especially; A/C, comfy bed, refrigerator, balcony; its not bad. Shower, sink and toilet area is decent but leaks at times (the seal in the shower area and door does not completely closed) however it does function and it doesn’t take away from you using the bathroom. Great Service (family owned) so you can ask them anything and they will provide to you! Extra toilet paper and shower shampoo gels you’ll have to ask for....

"This is an average looking hotel, but there are aspects which are five star....the staff, the service, the attitude, the hospitality, the welcome. "If you only care about location and a cheap price, then this place would work for you. This hotel needs lots of TLC. For me it seems like this place used to be a very good hotel, but they have neglected maintenance. Everything was old (beyond usual wear and tear), especially the mattresses. The restaurant's prices are really inflated, and honestly for nothing. Anyhow, the reception and bell hop staff were friendly and helpful. "

"Sayed and the team were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was fabulous and the property super well kept. It’s close to everything you need to do on the West Bank and if you need they can organise a driver for you. There are plenty of local taxis and Tuk tuks too. Dinner is very reasonably priced and has a wealth of options - all Egyptian. I can’t recommend staying here enough! "
