"It was my mistake to opt this hotel for the stay. I dont know, i did not like it at all from the very moment i stepped near the reception."

"I enjoyed my time here"

"Very nice breakfast!!"

"Stay was very comfortable and the staff was absolutely friendly... "

"Hôtel très bien, propre, chambre agréable. Le buffet pour le petit déjeuner est très bien . Le seul bémol est le restaurant où la carte pourrait présenter plus de spécialtés indiennes. La salle est très bruyante, la télé n'est vraiment pas idispensable. La nourriture est moyenne, il y a beaucoup mieux dans le même style d'établissement."

"The rooms were clean and the staff was very responsive to our requirements. Overall, for the price paid, it was a decent and pleasant experience. "

"Great stay and friendly! "

"The most horrible hotel and the worst experience booking through Expedia, the staff do not understand English, they hang up on you, tell you that they don’t have the confirmation and ask you to pay again. Please don’t pick this place"

"Extremely Disappointing Experience – Prepaid Booking Not Honored We booked this hotel through Expedia for a three-night stay and were shocked to discover, upon arriving at the hotel in the evening, that the hotel staff claimed they had no record of our booking. Even after showing our booking confirmation, the hotel refused to accommodate us and asked us to contact Expedia. When we contacted Expedia, they confirmed that our reservation was confirmed and attempted to resolve the issue directly...

"The room was clean, spacious, well maintained. A bit bare basics in terms of amenities. However, the staff was very responsive and helpful. The location is pretty central to Mangalore. Walking distance from auto stand, would also get inter city buses from there."

"Good clean room.. Friendly staff"

"Must visit location, and lot more privacy👍"

"The Hotel is on the main road and easily accessible from all areas ..It is maintained well and the staff at the reception are courteous...The breakfast served is tasty and fresh.."
