"Room was generally clean. Portions of the carpet could have benefitted for a good vacuum. The layout of the bathroom and wash basin was not particularly preferable. With the washbasin outside the toilet and with no handle par to hang a hand towel, we had to drape a towel on a chair, or walk into the toilet with wet hands and face to dry up. Recommend: install a hand towel bar on the side of the wash basin."

"The breakfast was good and the room was clean. But the hotel and rooms are extremely outdated. The room doors are wood and in terrible shape, Cracked and peeling. The caulking around the sink was a dark brown (why wouldn't you use white??) and was peeling and all over the sink. The phone looked like it was from the 80's. There are hardly any plug ins. No upgrades for phone chargers. The tile in the bathroom floor and around the tub was cracked. "

"We got to the hotel and the first thing we encountered was a broken elevator so we had to wait 5 minutes for the elevator. We get to the room and there was no bedding available and we called the front desk and asked for them to send some up to us and they asked us to come get them. The next morning the breakfast was bare- there was no hot food available and it was 7:45 in the morning. We go back upstairs to get our stuff and we wanted ice- no ice in the ice machine.
