"The room was not what I booked. The room set up was barebones: no ice bucket or extra blankets. The towels were of the cheapest quality and not enough of them. There was a writing desk but no chair to go with it! Bathroom door required brute force to be shut. The doors in the shower stall do not prevent water from leeking out and flooding the floor outside. While the self check-in was super easy, there was no option to check out and no one at the reception desk. Thus I have no idea if I have...

"Very pleasant and clean hotel. The breakfast is very basic but enough. The only challenge is that the nearest place to get food is around 15 km away. On the post side, very peaceful."

"We faced issue here with double for our room. Due to condition on Hotels, we should be charged by Hotels.com only, but when doing self-checking we must paid again, to finish check-in process. We complained to staff next day, and they said it is OK, Hotels will refund. This never happened, so we needed to complain to hotels who made this property to refund. So be carefull."

There was not toilet paper in the bathroom, appliances were broken and worst of all the shower drain was clogged and didn't drain. When we brought this to there attention nothing was done about it until we complained again. Then they gave us keys to second room so we could use the shower.
