"I was pretty disappointed when we got there. We checked in and headed to our room to find out that the bathroom and entrance was filled with equipment/tools. We had been traveling all day and with a toddler we just wanted to get to the hotel and relax. We had to go back downstairs and ask for a new room. I was also told housekeeping would come every other day and they came ONLY ONE TIME during our six day stay! We had to ask for additional towels, bar soap, etc. My family and I love staying at...

"This was the second time we’ve stayed at this hotel and we enjoyed it. First of all, it smells so good! Second, it’s in a great location right off of the freeway which makes getting around to the surrounding cities so easy! The staff was super friendly and accommodating. It is an older hotel but you can tell that the staff puts care into making it run smoothly. The coffee shop next door to the hotel is amazing too! So delish! "I have no complaints about the staff who were there. It’s just unfortunate that there are so few of them. They were completely overwhelmed by a long weekend’s worth of guests, and it’s exposes that this isn’t really a standard hotel, it’s more for corporate folks to stay in Seattle and for the people who own/rent condos there.
The rooms themselves are nice, but don’t expect a well-supported hotel stay."
