I want to inform Ibis, they are the evening Diamonds of that Hotel, very professional, welcoming and absolutely amazing with good knowledge of the area which made me feel very much at home. "

We received room service multiples times and they were fast and efficient. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Kenya. They are also very central to nice restaurants, shopping and the safari. "

"This property is in an easy in and out location, not too far from the museum. The house keeping and reception are nice. It’s guarded and there’s a restaurant on the first floor. The rooms are spacious, but need tiny repairs on doors. The wifi was out the whole time I was there. For the price I can live with that."

Management is very disorganized, I paid for my stay at the day I checked in yet on the checkout date they asked for me to pay again and it took me 30 minutes explaining that I had paid already but they kept saying they didn’t have my record of payment. "The standard room was a bit small - but ok for a single occupant. Would be crowded for two. Internet wasn't fantastic at times. Other than that, everything else was fine. Very clean, well maintained. Service was good and so was the food. I would stay here again."
