"Every thing is perfect and especially for the kids. There are a lot of activities and fantastic displays. However there is no representative to speak to on sight for any questions. And you’d think well I’ll just dial zero on the hotel room phone for a question and no, no phone. Check in was by a guard at the shack and check out was automatically done. "Overall, we liked our stay. We enjoyed everything Lego and we made great memories. There are a few things that need serious improvement though, starting with the Bricks restaurant. "This place was horrible. Looked nothing like the online pictured. Smelled of beer and cigarettes. In a very unsafe location. We checked in, saw the condition of the room and checked right back out. The room had no dresser but substituted with a file cabinet. Had a broken office chair in the room. Would not recommend this place to snybody. "
