"Stayed here with my family for a weekend; 2 rooms were booked. We had problems with our doors. One door wouldn't unlock with our keys, so we had to go to the lobby and get them changed twice. And the other room door did not lock at all. My relatives were able to go in and out without using the room key. Another thing is that the rooms only had 2 towels each. We had to go down to the lobby to ask for more towels. Thankfully, the staff was very helpful but I wish I didn't have to write about these...

"Tuvimos la habitación con dos cuartos conectados, éramos un grupo de 6 y fue excelente. El cuarto limpio, la atención buena y en general una gran experiencia. Excelente relación precio/ calidad.
We stayed in the room with two connecting rooms—we were a group of six, and it was excellent. The room was clean, the service was good, and overall, it was a great experience. Excellent value for money."

"They overbooked knowingly for a huge concert and cheer weekend. Didn't get into our room until after 5PM, 100+ more people in the lobby waiting for their rooms, the only place to get ready for the concert we came to was in the bathroom with 50+ other upset guests.
