"The property was well maintained; pool and spa was clean. Plenty of parking easy access for handicap. The breakfast had many choices and the staff in the breakfast room was excellent. The housekeeping staff was good, helping when needed. Rooms were cleaned. However, the front desk manager Michael was not friendly or cordial. When checking in the hotel they should consider a friendlier person for first impression of the hotel. The other front desk clerk Lydia was excellent. Juinta was also very helpful when we request an item that Michael could not help. I would have rated the hotel 5 stars except for the front desk manager."

"This hotel is just right for our coming and going to North Carolina. It’s our 1/2 way stop over. Hotel restaurant is amazing. Food is delicious and service from staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious, not sound proof. We’re planning a third trip through in November. It’s our new go to!"
