I WAS EXPECTING POSSIBLE 20 FLOOR WITH MY UPGRADE PRICE DURING BOOKING.HARRAH.S EMPLOYEES WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND REPRESENT HARRAH.S HOSPITALITY. THANK YOU."

"When we arrived the valet staff was extremely rude and would not help us. We are two seniors and all we needed was them to allow us to unload our bags near the door and they were so hateful toward us. The staff checking us in were very helpful.
We did get the correct room, but when we opened the door and walked in were we surprised at how dirty the floors, windows and window seals were. The beds are very uncomfortable and I think the mattresses are from 1950’s. The pillows are worse, you wake...
