"1. I waited 15 minutes because no one was at property when I arrived at 14:00. Neighbors helped locate owners. 2. Room temperature was cold initially but electric heater was brought to room. This helped. Only 1 towel was in room but more brought with request. 3. NO door on the shower which meant the ENTIRE bathroom floor was wet when the shower was used. The water would drain toward the bedroom."

The hotel is located in the beautiful countryside of Austria and our room had a beautiful mountain view! Breakfast was superb and most of all, the staff were friendly and helpful! "What a wonderful and interesting place to stay! I almost couldn’t leave and explore as there’s so much to see within the premises. My particular room would not be many people’s choice of decor but it was such a talking point and did not deter from the comfort. This hotel could never be called boring and the restaurant was incredible with absolutely fabulous food. The staff were fantastic and so accommodating and warm.
