"We ended up with an 80 Euro parking fine because the staff didn't have enough sense to tell us how the parking lot in back of the hotel worked (what the rules were). For the sake of having parked 12 minutes "early" before 6 PM on Friday night, we ended up with an 80 Euro fine even though we moved our car by 9 AM and leave on Saturday, as we were instructed to do. Hotels should either provide guest parking, or else clearly instruct guests as to the necessary procedures."

"A lovely family run hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was adequate for an overnight stay. There was a beautiful small beach across the road. We found there were not many dining options around, but we did eat at the cafeteria on the beach which served great food. The breakfast was ok and was served by the owners at your table."

"This was the first stop on our trip thru Spain, embarking from Bilbao. Four sixty year olds looking for peace and quiet. We had driven through awesome mountain scenery and arrived at the hotel to be greeted by George (can't spell the Spanish version) who gave us a history of the area. "We had great difficulty finding the apartments which are situated in the old part of town and on a pedestrian street, opposite a bar. Our apartment was on the third floor at the rear of the building and so away from the noise. We also had a lovely view of the mountains. Parking was difficult but we did find some street parking about a 5 minute walk away. However, when we returned the following evening the whole centre of town was closed due to a motor rally event over the next 2 days. Wish we...
