"The staff was wonderful & friendly. When we first arrived we thought the location & hotel looked wonderful but unfortunately the room didn’t work out for us. It was rainy season & it was extremely moldy & musty smelling. I had an asthma attack within only a few minutes of being in the room & had to leave. My daughter developed a very bad headache in a short time frame as well. The staff was very understanding & concerned & helped us with Expedia to refund our money. "

"Our stay at Uluwatu cottages was fabulous! The staff was very helpful and kind. The scenery was beautiful & the meals were tasty. They arranged a ride to pick us up from the airport which was much appreciated. We stayed in the cottage closest to the neighboring lot, which was under construction.
