"Pros: close to city centre, wonderful staff, excellent breakfast. Cons: the room/bed was extremely uncomfortable. We both woke up with tons of back pain, it was like sleeping on a pull out couch. I woke up multiple times in the night as the room was also very hot. The room was very dated, although clean. If rooms get updated, I would recommend. Otherwise, I would not return."

"The room was very clean although we had an issue with the toilet pouring out water when it was flushed. They offered to change our room but we only had one night left. Towels were put down behind the toilet. The first night was quiet but the 2nd being a Friday was very noisy with motorcycles going to a clubhouse a couple blocks away. "Our stay at Albergo Cappello was excellent! We were there for just one night before boarding our cruise out of Ravenna. The room was nice, very cozy, and the personalized breakfast was wonderful. The staff took great care of us, even helping us change our shuttle to pick us up from the hotel instead of the nearby train station so we wouldn't have to lug our suitcases in the rain. I was very impressed with the hospitality. Did not have chance to try their wine bar but would in the future."

"Dit is echt een prachtige camping met heel erg nette huisjes. Ik heb de schoonmakers schoon zien maken, nou dat doe ik thuis niet eens zo. De camping is wel vol met Italianen, af en toe een Pool of Duitser, maar eigenlijk geen Nederlanders. De animatie voor de kinderen is alleen in het Italiaans dus dat valt tegen."

"The front desk lady or I think she’s the owner was very nice. But, wouldn’t stay here ever again. The bed is the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever laid my body on. It also feel like a ghost town, it has mirrors on the hallways which makes it like you’re being watched. We’re the only people that’s staying in the whole hotel, that should tell you something. Wouldn’t recommend it. I woke up the next day with a very bad back pain. "
