"The hotel was so convenient, clean, and friendly staff. The room was was comfortable with a window and quiet. It is right across from the Østerport train station so very convenient for getting all around Copenhagen. The breakfast buffet is extra but a good deal and has a variety of fresh food. There is also a small bar area. It is walking distance to the citadel park, little mermaid, and about a mile walk to Rosenborg Castle or Amailiasborg. The only down side is you can hear the trains pass...

"Quite nice interior of the room especially the very comfortable bed! Good breakfast (included), good location 5-10min walk to the central shopping areas and central train station. Also a lot of good restaurants and bar nearby."

"Superb location right beside the Metro line between airport and city centre. Small grocery store accross the road. Location could not be better. Room facilities: great confortable mattress. Good size shower. However, room a bit small for a 4* hotel. No tea/ coffee making facilities in the room: just a kettle; no cups or coffee. This is lacking for this standard hotel. All staff encoutered were very nice and friendly. "

Negatives - Lack of staff at check in, even though i did it online and just needed to collect my key, the queue was huge and only one person on the desk. The facility of having to give an email when payikng for juices and the reception was not the easiest, as they were so busy, why cant it just be added to the room? The rooms were shabby "

"Convenient location near the airport in a quietneighbourhood, very clean and modern hotel and rooms with a comfortable bed but very basic bedding(soft flat pillow and a plain single bed cover) Bathroom very clean again but with just 1 body wash dispenser and no other amenities. No shuttle bus to/from the airport available but car parking was free and easily available during our stay."
