"The sweetness of a perfect location remains longer than the bitterness of a few small errors. The room was spacious enough, but the bathroom handle screws were likely to fall out, and that might be dangerous to be stuck inside if the handle falls out. Some guests are leaving early and miss the breakfast that they have paid for. It is natural to ask for a small "travel pack" which most hotels provide without question.
