"La atención súper desagradable todo sucio mal servicio no tenían ni toallas para cambiar las habitaciones las dan bien sucias y cuando le reclamas te amenazan te tratan mal y te dicen que es mentira muy mala esperiencia no les recomiendo para nada quedarse vinimos a un campeonato y otras familias tenían hasta chincha y pulga y garrapatas en el cuarto y medias sucias del los huéspedes anteriores en el cuarto polvo y churre por todos lados"

"We had to switch rooms because of a horrible smell, when we got to our second “new” room it smelt like a smoking room (which it wasn’t) towels had very visible dirt on them, and comforters were not clean at all. We ended up going to a different hotel."

"The room was disgustingly dirty. The toilet bowl was stained from lack of cleaning. The bedspread and under the blanket had dirt stains and hair from prior guests, which indicated that the bedding had not been washed. My husband and I slept fully clothed and on top of the sheets bc we didn’t want any part of us touching the filthy bed. Everything including the ice bucket had a layer of dust indicating no cleaning.
