"Nice location that is super close to ALB. The free shuttle was so easy to use. We dropped off our rental car, called the hotel, and they sent up the van within 10 minutes. Then, early the next morning, we came downstairs, let the front desk know we needed transport, and within 5 minutes we were on our way!
Convenient location to restaurants.
We did not get a chance to enjoy the breakfast, pool, or other amenities because of our travel itinerary, but I would stay there again!"

"The front desk person was very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was very good. The room was nice. The building itself was clean but needs some updating. We noticed wallpaper peeling in hallways and different areas but other than that, it was a nice place. We felt safe and the price was good. Beds were super comfy!"

"Room was dated and not clean too well shower was gross and had calcium build up on the shower head our room had pretty significant water damage on the window sill that was forcing the wood sill to turn to dust . AC was not working well and didn’t cool past 74. Parking garage was filthy with overflowing trash cans everywhere and sketchy elevator. Overall very disappointing for a Hilton property which we love staying at and are honors members for years."

"The place itself is amazing. A little pricey for what it is, but it’s nice. I guess my only complaint was the bed/mattress, it trapped a lot of heat. But that’s just a personal thing. The paid parking lot was terrible too though. That’s the main reason I probably won’t stay at this hotel again, but everything else was pretty fantastic."
