"Room was clean, but when i checked oit thos morning at 4am no one was at the desk so i jad to write a note that i was checking out and leave my room keys by the computer
But... when i fly in early they had a room ready for me and i was the customer of the day. That was really awesome and appreciated. "

"Room was clean, breakfast had good options, parking was a bit clustered because the parking lot is shared and is a very popular spot. Staff are friendly. Great spot for a hotel, most everything you’ll need is in walking distance. Our family will definitely be back. "

"Staff communication was not great. Told breakfast was at 6 but then it actually was at 7. We had an early game so we were scrambling to figure where to eat. Had the staff even mentioned places that were open, that would have made all the difference in our stay. No conditioner in the shower. That should be checked after each guest. The beds were comfy though "

"They say breakfast included and buffet in all photos but when you get there it’s 15 dollar credit on a menu that only has two times on it under that. Not kid friendly food. Drinks are not included except coffee. All you get is well they changed it ten months ago and we don’t know why they will not change the website and update it. Reached out to Expedia and they said well you got vouchers from breakfast so what’s the problem. So no real solution. But I have kids and was expecting a buffet for my...

"The room was incredible. We loved the design of the room, and it came equipped with many amenities. The bathtub with the jets was our favorite and spacious. We appreciated the ability to make coffee with a machine. The staff was very kind and helpful. The included breakfast was delicious, and went beyond our expectations. The quality and selection was unique and amazing. We couldn’t believe it was included; and it’s brought to the room! We plan to return in future trips."

"1) Was told we could have the room serviced for each of the days we were there. They did not do the service and when we asked a second time they said no.
2) no complimentary water, and the breakfast quality lacking. My wife got upset stomach from the breakfast.
3). One of the bathroom doors did not close properly leading to the occupant of the bathroom lacking privacy."
