"Personnel pas accueillant, nous remettent nos clĂ©s sans explications du fonctionnement de l’igloo (comment mettre l’eau, les lumiĂšres, etc). On a dĂ» trouver par nous mĂȘme. Une fois l’eau mise, inondation sous l’évier, trempant tous nos bagages. Ne vaut absolument pas le prix. DĂ©jeuner ok. Quand on va se renseigner, nous ignore totalement, ne se lĂšve mĂȘme pas pour voir ce que j’ai besoin. J’ai chercher la douche commune pendant 30 min car on me faisait juste un signe vers oĂč aller mais m’ont pas expliquer que c’était avec le sauna et douche pas indiquer. TrĂšs dĂ©cevant mais hutte mignonne. "
