"Generally, the services provided by the hotel is poor, the rooms and facilities are aged and delipidated in many locations. The down stairs toilet in the reception area is nothing to write home about, the hotel seems to be a place for conversing business and always unnecessarily rowdy. No proper connection from the room to the breakfast hall. The roads or pathways are not mark or indicated. At times, i have struggle with upcoming vehicles to access the dinning or breakfast halls. "

"The reservation was made and confirmed by Hotels.com and we were provided with a confirmation number. However, upon arrival, we were told that there were no rooms available because Expedia (linked to hotels.com) owed the hotel money so they weren't honoring any more reservations from them. Now we are just waiting for a refund from hotels.com It's not clear why this hotel accepts payments when they do not plan to honor the reservation."
