"We stayed in a Villa. The key to our doors worked only sometimes. One night it was after hours, and the key would not work and there was no one working the front desk. Luckly the back door was unlocked, or we would not have been able to get in. The Villa was poorly cleaned. We found chicken bones, cups and toys in the bedrooms. My son stayed in a cabin and he had mice. We have videos of mice running in and out his food on the counters. When asked to speak to a manager he/she would not come out...

"I was not made aware the pool was down for maintenance even after chatting with the front desk clerk and I were talking about me taking my 6 year old the next morning. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
