"Staff struggled to speak English. There wasn’t a cook on-staff to cook dinner or breakfast. They come from Nelspruit (1 hour away). The bathroom had no toilet paper. The pool had green slime all through it. The bathroom had excessive mold on the ceilings. The surrounding area was extremely rural and wasn’t a safe feeling. The road to get to the hotel was full of pot holes the size of the car. On the plus side, they were cost effective and they did try to accommodate my dinner by offering to go...

"Terrible service from the owner as i had to pay twice upon checking in..though the money was already debited from my account...the owner didn't even care after showing him the paying confirmation. I want my refund R1418 from hotel.com.app as he claimed he's no longer affiliated to your services & this app."
