"Clean rooms, attentive staff, great location. Two of us stayed in a bunk bed pod and had enough room to move around comfortably. Restrooms were clean every time we stepped into them during a three-night stay. On the second day of our stay, our AC went out and the room would not cool down. "Room was clean, bed comfy, shower very good with the added bonus of a tub. Yards away from subway so great for getting around. Staff at front desk and housecleaning were very friendly. Water is provided daily but no tea/coffee in room which would have been nice to come back to. VIP perks of free beverage is non existent. No view. Good hotel for getting around the city but I have stayed in better"
