"The property is in terrible condition i feel completely robbed the door worked after around 15 to 20 attempts the shower was full of mold and the light and ventilation did not work the room had only 1 working plug socket the phone system for the hotel didn't work. A massive pot hole outside i twisted my knee now have to wear a brace discusted by the whole package "

"A beautiful very old castle. Rooms a little tired and could do with a little bit of TLC. But would not put us off recommending this hotel. Dinner was very tasty (although not the cheapest). Hotel staff are helpful. The historical pictures around the hotel are so interesting. Definitely worth a visit. "

"Hotel VIP was tired and dark, certainly in need of refurbishment. However the bed was one of the comfiest I had slept in. Hotel staff were very helpful despite lack of English and professionalism in appearance. If you are looking for a nice hotel whilst travelling this probably is not for you, but if you are travelling with business and all you need is somewhere to sleep and freshen up this is a reasonable priced hotel. Did not try the breakfast as the as the area was full of what appeared...

"Located in a small town a short drive from the autostrada, this hotel is a five minute walk from friendly local bars and restaurants. The hotel was comfortable and clean, and reception was very fast, friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a residential area, so is quiet and secure at night. "Wonderful hotel in a beautifully restored building set almost in the castle walls of Bardi. Rooms are spacious, modern and extremely comfortable. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was fantastic with a wide choice of fresh meats, pastries and fruit. This hotel is a real little gem and we definitely hope to return, would highly recommend, we wished we could have stayed longer."

"A real gem of a hotel hidden away but well worth a stay. I stayed for two night son business and nothing was too much trouble. Hotel is easy to find. Parking is free and secure.
