"To Whom it may concern, Parking was charged at $15 a day, but they have their own parking lot. The cell phone service was intruded while in the hotel even with excellent signal. 1 block away cell phones work fine. They sell WiFi, funny how that works. Breakfast was good with options, rooms dont get cleaned daily while staying. Overall, ok, but probably would find something cheaper for overall experience. Least favorite thing were loud hallways. "The property itself wasn't very clean. The trash cans that they had outside were overflowing. The rooms are outdated along with the linen. There's cigarette Burns in the comforter, food was stuck in the remote from the previous guest. That was beyond disgusting. They have an oval toilet which I have at home with the round seat and lid which does not make any sense. Never seen something like that. It's very odd. There is a little peephole in the corner of the shower by the shower head. It's about...

"Stayed here for a conference. I was able to do my work remotely with no noise disruption. WiFi was seamless. I did not use the workout room nor the pool, but these seemed well taken care of. Next door a very good restaurant Modern Market Eatery. Pool cues had no tips for play, apparently the week before some high school students destroyed the cues. I am sure mgmt will replace shortly. Friendly staff. Overall, happy with my choice. "

"The hotel was close to the family we were visiting and affordable. However, it is extremely dated and looks nothing like the pictures. All rooms are supposed to be nonsmoking. The first room we had definitely was smoked in, appliances were old, curtains were falling off. We were given a different room which was better. The only thing that was hot for breakfast was the coffee and make your own waffles. There were bagels that you could toast and cold cereal."
