"Great view on the green hills around Urbino (I don't know whether this applies to all rooms). Central location in the historic center of Urbino. Five minutes or less to the Piazza della Republica. The bus terminal (at the bottom of a shopping center) is also in walking distance (maybe 12-15 mins). A bit hidden in a small side street (which means it is quiet). There are signs on the street to locate the hotel. The reception closes at some time in the evening, so I guess it's best to advise...

"Grundsätzlich super Hotel, vorallem für den Preis. Man hat direkte Strandlage, eine Klimaanlage und Frühstück dabei. Bei dem Frühstück kann man jedoch nicht die größte Auswahl erwarten. Zudem wurden wir leider mehrmals vom Reinigungspersonal aus dem Zimmer „gescheucht“/ das bitte nicht stören Schild wurde missachtet. Im Großen und Ganzen kann ich das Hotel jedoch sehr empfehlen um einen schönen Urlaub am Strand zu verbringen."

"Location is the main draw as it’s facing the ocean and the sea views are stunning if you have a view facing the ocean as we did. The Hotel is definitely in need of a refresh. Rooms are tiny and the property is dated. Shower is the size of a phone booth (for those old enough to remember). Front desk staff seem bored and disinterested, but not rude. Breakfast is very good however, and the breakfast staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel is well situated for walking along the beach and...

"This hotel is a great find, it's well priced, great location and it is IMMACULATE, fresh towels everyday, bed made and room cleaned everyday. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, I would definitely return here! You get what you pay for in most places, however this hotel exceeded my expectations for the price point."

"After traveling in major cities with crazy crowds and at 3 or 4x the price, I have to wonder why more people don't come here to the tranquil beach of Rimini. This hotel reflects the tranquility of it's location., it has all the necessary amenities, excellent food, including the free breakfast buffet, and the service is personalized, especially from the frontdesk staff!"
