"What a pleasant stay. This isn't staff that checked us in.We're absolutely wonderful. They helped in so many ways. We had our car loaded, heading to tennessee.They put us on the right side of the building to keep an eye on. The room was really clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. The bonus was breakfast very good. Thank you.We will stay at wyndham again. 5 stars all the way."

"This is an older property that used to be a Holiday Inn.
Three Good Things: The room was clean overall; The bed, pillows, mattress and towels were very good; Check in and check out was very easy, and the front end staff were very nice and pleasant.

"Check in time was 4pm. Asked several times if room was ready. Finally at 445 got in room.
Stayed in dog friendly room. Room was nice but floor had dog hair from previous pet. Our yorkie doesn't shed, so hair was not hers. Mentioned to front desk so we wouldn't be charged for extra cleaning. Overall nice, clean hotel and casino. Nice restaurant."

"I would avoid this property until the renovation is complete. There is absolutely no parking at all. Huge trucks and trailers taking up 6 or smore spaces and so we had to park very far away. Also, what hotel doesn't offer breakfast anymore. Will not return."

"Perfect location. We could Walk the Katy trail to the farmers market and restaurants. The hotel bar was quaint and had wonderful crafted drinks. The dining room and food were fresh and delicious. Our room overlooked the river , but was somewhat noisy due to the cooling system located above us on the roof. Overall this hotel was nostalgic and a delight to stay at."

"The Terrible rating is really on using Expedia.
Expedia is a big hassle to use them when things change unexpectedly. Very difficult to talk to anyone about a change. The savings is not worth the headaches. Yes i could have bought the insurance, but then it eats into the savings, so why use them?. I will never use Expedia again! i would rather pay full price for a hotel with the knowledge of I can simply call the hotel and rearrange things easily."
