"The atmosphere was amazing "

"Affordable parking was difficult, we ended up using a third party for parking and got a ride to the hotel. The hotel itself was very clean and all the staff were extremely friendly. We were very happy with the room we got for the price we paid. Breakfast was decent, and there are plenty of restaurants surrounding the hotel for other meals. "

"Room wasn’t ready until 3 hours after my available check in. It is just a run down small hotel with no updates. Sheets, pillow cases, and floor was filthy. I took 1 trip to the room and knew there was no way I was staying. To the managers credit, he did ok a refund."

"Asked for a Zelle “refundable” deposit and denied refund citing violation of house rules however there are documented images from their security footage that we did not violate those rules they claimed we did. They told me I checked in with three other guests and sent security footages, those were my friends helping me move the luggage not guests checking in. The total number of guests never violated any rules. They don’t have heater/AC in the room, asked us to open the window or use the room...

"Good food options including breakfast buffet which was great. Clean and well maintained property. Staff were very professional. My friend forgot her eye glasses in the room before check out and realized after. The staff went up and found it for her. They had fallen between the bed and nightstand. That’s above and beyond IMO."

"The one issue I had with the property was the couch had visible stains. I would recommend having the couch replaced."

"The location was excellent and the staff were helpful. Unfortunately, my room was dirty. There was dust everywhere and the pillow cases on my bed were dirty. I was able to find a housekeeper and she immediately came to give me clean sheets and pillow cases. The WiFi wasn't working which was a bit frustrating when phone service was limited inside parts of the building. Despite the minor we enjoyed our stay but unfortunately next trip we will seek other accommodations ."

"The best hostel I've stayed in; well stocked commercial kitchen, entire 2nd floor is common area, 2 pool tables, ping pong, 2 huge eating areas, rooms are huge with a huge sitting anter-room, located close to everything and public transportation, so walkable."
