"The Palace hotel was lovely, the staff were very helpful, especially with my very limited Italian. Check-in was really quick and easy, same with check-out. The room was spacious and clean, felt modern inside, bed was super comfortable and the whole bathroom was lovely. The view from the balcony was great, across to the mountains in the distance."

"Lovely room which was clean and spacious. However we paid up front for a superior twin with balcony and river view. When we arrived we were given a room with a king and a small single bed. Immediately overlooking tables where people could drink . When we queried this we were shown a room with a king size bed which we had no other choice other than to accept Room was very nice but not what we had booked and paid for. "Good hotel, very clean & quiet, big rooms, reception staff on arrival were very nice & helpful, other staff we saw around the hotel were very friendly, the restaurant wasn’t open, but a few minutes drive to a number in the area, no pedestrian access, so everything is car oriented, breakfast was very good & included in your price if you book direct"
