"Shuttle bus is a joke! You must stop deceiving people with this non existent service! Stranded at airport for more than an hour waiting for your driver in vain! Bathtubs in 2 different rooms are blocked water does get drained! Lightings in rooms and bathroom are so dim! Furniture is very very old and crapy! Strangers and non guests walk in from the street and use elevators to access rooms upstairs to do what exactly only God knows!!!! This is an honest advise to tourists visiting Alger just...

"37 anni in cui viaggio in giro per il mondo.... se questo è un hotel a 4 stelle.... forse 3, ma tanto in forse....
Ho soggiornato ad altri 4 stelle ad Algeri e questo è ben al di sotto per pulizia, e condizione.
La sala colazione con il pavimento appiccicoso sembrava si pattinasse sul miele.
Altamente sconsigliato.
A 100 metri di distanza c'è un altro hotel che veramente può definirsi 4 stelle, oltretutto ad una tariffa inferiore.

Pourquoi ?
Au 1er étage les chambres étaient vraiment dans leur jus...1970's
Il y a avait une théière par terre dans le couloir avec une tasse ...
Je ne sais pas ce que vaut les chambres des étages supérieurs.
Le personnel est charmant, compétent et au service du client.
Le lieu est hautement réputé. Le cadre est magnifique.
J'y retournerai en m'assurant que la réservation est prise en compte et en demandant des chambres remises au goût du jour."
