" The house is completely dirty, floors were dirty upon arrival, we had to wash our own sheets and comforters because they smelled and was dirty. The kitchen sink leaks. The front door was hard to open and the previous guest left a note showing that a piece had fell off. The sofa was dirty with dog hair and other debris and has stuffing coming out.
