"Definitely not a 4 star hotel. This is 2.5 stars at the most. The room had a musky smell and was very dark and small. The bathroom was terrible, see photos. Its like a motel bathroom. There was mold in the bathroom (see photos) and tiny shower. The toilet seat lid keep falling on my back while seated on the toilet seat. And no breakfast option since there is no restaurant onsite. "Breakfast was great, with made to order omelets and waffles. Happy hour had a nice selection of apps ever day, and evening meal from restaurant was good. Hotel was not very clean, with filthy carpet, and tables were not cleaned off when going to breakfast. Room was not cleaned every day, and coffee was not restocked in room. Second elevator never worked, which meant we had a very long walk to our room."

"Great spot to be, great location, amazing staff, and nice hotel. However our room had the ac broken and had a night sleeping with the heat pumping through making it 88 degrees all night. Absolutely dreadful. The system wouldn't even allow us to turn it off. In the morning we let them know and they fixed it promptly. But it was one of the most uncomfortable nights. "
