The staff looked bothered to even be doing their job like checking in (which is their literal job) was a bother and that they were too cool to have basic customer service skills. Even the valet was a weird interaction. The room itself was awesome and very clean and I’d stay there again if the staff was better."

The property is stunning with lots of neat art to look at, and to use a backdrops for photos. I LOVED it! The rooms are spacious and beautiful. There was construction going on on my side and I never heard a peep. Just wonderful."

"It’s been at least about eight years since I’ve stayed here at this hotel. The hotel and property grounds itself is nice to look at… however on my first night there, there was a humongous roach crawling around the floor in our room and also there was someone’s eyelash that was stuck to one of the pillows which was kind of disgusting to look at unfortunately. The food at the pool was not any better either, VERY PLAIN & not much flavor- I ordered ceviche and it was not what I expected. It was more...
