"Disappointing experience with Sonnien Hotel. Communication was poor, and information provided by the hotel was inconsistent with what had actually been discussed. It felt like previous contact and requests were ignored, which was frustrating. A lack of transparency and accountability made the situation worse. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. I wish I read the reviews before."

"We usuaally stay at Marriott chain hotels and decided to try a different brand this time. We were happily surprised with our new choice - will definitely come back again and again. Andy and staff at the Park Hotel Taipei were most accommodating, they went over and beyond to address all our requests. The check-in and check out processes were easy and speedy. This hotel is very clean and modern. It is located at the heart of the East side of the city, very convenient. The new lounge was comfortable and sleek. We love the welcoming and non-frail approach of this hotel. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Taipei!"

"If you are going to Taipei Dome or Arena I definitely recommend this hotel! A grand and magnificent building, even though it's a little aged but still gives you a lot comfy. I arrived very early after a long-haul intercontinental flight on a morning and they generously provided me a room to for early check-in and I had a very enjoyable and slow-paced morning. Thank you very much ILLUME Taipei! If I am going to Taipei next time, I will choose you again! "
