"Lovely property. Clean, quiet and responsive. They went above and beyond when the keys got locked in the car at our departure and they swiftly helped us solve it so we didn’t miss our flight. When I am in the area again, this will be my go-to place. "

"Staff was so lovely and friendly, but our room was so gross and dirty. Walls dirty, sides of desk covered in dark food, couch had smears of food/dirt, huge crumbs all over. I dropped something and had to move the tv a bit…wish I hadn’t. So dirty.
Beds were comfortable and very clean feeling though.

"The hotel was self serve. I was sent a QR code for the outside door and my room key as well as the parking garage. It was supposed to come in a txt but I ended up have to search my email for the code. It was sent after we had already paid for the parking garage. It took the room scanner a few tries before it would actually scan.
We never had to interact with the staff. "

The space is stylish and serene, offering a wonderful getaway atmosphere that felt both private and special. The hosts were incredibly gracious, even providing a "Happy Birthday" balloon that added such a thoughtful, personal touch to the celebration. If you’re looking for a beautiful venue with excellent hospitality, I highly recommend this loft."
